How Billing and Visits Work
Monthly payments spread the cost of the approved maintenance scope over the year. Standard cleaning visits are quarterly, usually four scheduled visits per year. The written proposal confirms your payment amount, included work, service schedule and any initial-cleaning requirements. Different frequencies apply only when specified in your plan.
Define the Included Surfaces
A plan may include house washing, driveway and sidewalk cleaning, or lanai and pool-cage care when listed in your approved scope. Tell us which areas matter most. Window work, roof cleaning, stain treatment, storm cleanup and paver resealing are not automatically included; confirm each item in the written proposal.
For Seasonal Residents and Managed Homes
Share arrival dates, gate or property-access requirements and the contact who can coordinate service when you are away. This lets the proposed schedule account for the property and its use. HOA common-area and commercial programs need their own approved scope and schedule.
