This website provides service information and a way to request an estimate from Perfect Image Property Solutions.

Information and estimates

Website pricing guides are planning information. Your property’s materials, condition, preparation, access and requested scope determine the recommended work and price. Request an estimate to confirm the details for your property.

Submitting the estimate form requests follow-up. It does not itself book service, enroll you in a maintenance plan or authorize a payment.

IMAGE Plan

Standard IMAGE Plan customers pay monthly and receive scheduled quarterly cleaning, usually four visits per year. A different cleaning frequency applies only when your specific written plan says so.

Your approved written scope identifies the included areas and work. Specialty treatments and paver resealing are included only when specified. Customer-specific pricing, payment, scheduling and cancellation terms belong in the service agreement or written plan.
